Large language models generate plausible-sounding text. They do not check facts. Panthrex’s AI features can and sometimes will:

• Invent achievements, metrics, dates or job titles you never had.
• Overstate your experience or seniority.
• Produce generic phrasing that weakens rather than strengthens an application.
• Misjudge tone or conventions for your industry or country.
• Give ATS scores that do not match the actual system an employer uses.
• Generate interview feedback that is encouraging but not accurate.

Always read every word before you send it to an employer. If Panthrex writes something about you that is not true, remove it. Submitting a CV containing fabricated claims can cost you the job and, in some cases, may amount to fraud.

Our ATS score is our own analysis of how well your resume matches a job description. Employers use many different applicant tracking systems, each with its own parsing and ranking logic, and none of them publish their algorithms.

A high Panthrex score does not guarantee you will pass any real screening, and a low score does not mean you will be rejected. Treat it as directional feedback, not a verdict.

Job listings are supplied by Adzuna. Salary figures, locations and dates come from the original advert and may be estimated, outdated or wrong. Sponsorship indicators are derived automatically from advert wording and are frequently incomplete.

Never make an immigration or relocation decision based on a sponsorship label shown in Panthrex. Confirm directly with the employer, and take qualified immigration advice where it matters.
